Group Circle - Active Meditation 

Our breathwork group sessions are a form of active meditation designed to move stagnant energy, release emotional blocks, and bring profound clarity.

This practice uses a rhythmic, three-part breath through the mouth while lying down, creating a decisive shift in both the body and mind.

At first, the conscious mind may resist—holding tension or distracting with thoughts—but as oxygen floods the system, the body relaxes, emotions surface, and energy begins to flow.

The breath acts as a catalyst, the group as an alchemist - and you will be dissolving stuck patterns and opening space for insight, release, and renewal.

Guided by intention and music, this experience allows for a profound reset, with the breath serving as the bridge between resistance and transformation.

 Ultimately, you can share your experiences, creating a space for connection and reflection that deepens the healing process for all.

1:1 Session - Activite Meditation

In my 1:1 Breathwork Sessions, you’ll experience a bespoke, transformative practice designed around your unique needs. Held in my serene attic sanctuary, where I meditate and practice daily, these sessions are infused with energies that support deep shifts or profound rest, all depending of your system's vital needs.

We use a rhythmic three-part pattern to release stuck energy, clear emotional blocks, and bring clarity. Essential oils deepen the sensory experience, enhancing your connection to the breath.

​After the practice, we debrief and integrate insights, ensuring a meaningful process.

 

Each session evolves with your needs, whether you're new to breathwork or looking to deepen your practice. We co-create a program that empowers you to release, heal, and build a lasting practice.
